Youth Survey on Corruption in South-Eastern EuropeCALL FOR PARTICIPATION |
Are you between 18 and 35 years old and living in South-Eastern Europe? The UNODC wants to hear your voice!
As part of the Global Resource for Anti-Corruption Education and Youth Empowerment (GRACE) Initiative, UNODC is conducting a survey to better understand how young people in South-Eastern Europe perceive and experience corruption.
The survey also aims to collect recommendations from young people on how governments and anti-corruption authorities, international and civil society organizations can strengthen anti-corruption efforts and promote meaningful youth engagement.
The Stolen Futures: How Corruption Hurts Young People report highlighted the significant impact corruption has on young people’s daily lives, opportunities, and trust in institutions. Notably, almost half (43.9%) of young people in Europe reported to have personally encountered or witnessed corruption.
The objective is to complement and build upon the findings of the Stolen Futures report by developing a more region-specific understanding of young people's experiences related to corruption in South-Eastern Europe.
